Corporate Giving With the increasing labor force focus on the fields of math, science, liberal arts and technology, it goes without saying that these are essential areas of collegiate education in creating tomorrow's workforce. For more than thirty years the ASU Alumni Association of Washington, DC Metropolitan Area has supported making a quality education in these areas of study a reality for students by seeking financial support from our corporate community. As a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that promotes the welfare of committed students by providing financial assistance for educational purposes only. The ASU Alumni Association Scholarship is a program that addresses this issue. You can be assured that 100% of your tax deductible contribution will be designated for the ASU Alumni Association Scholarship program. In addition, the scholarship will be in your company name in recognition of your corporate contribution.
Annually in April, the Alumni Association hosts a Scholarship Fundraiser Event to support our scholarship program mission to help generate financial assistance for education purposes. Typically, during this time, alumni members are charged with the responsibility of selling tickets or making a donation to this event to benefit the overall success and net proceeds available for giving.
